Our mission is to eliminate avoidable vision loss globally by enabling equitable access to high quality eye screening and care. We partner with high volume, charitable eye hospitals in LMICs to develop and validate comprehensive digital healthcare solutions for eye care in low-resource settings.

Jordan Shuff, MSE
Jordan is a biomedical engineer and computer scientist with expertise in global digital health. She has 6 years of experience designing and implementing technology to improve health outcomes in underserved communities.

Dr. Nakul Shekhawat, M.D., M.P.H.
Dr. Nakul is Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the Wilmer Eye Institute, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He is a board-certified ophthalmologist with clinical and research expertise in cornea and external diseases including corneal infections (microbial keratitis), corneal transplantation (keratoplasty), corneal scarring, and cataract surgery. He is also a clinician-scientist with expertise in design, conduct, and analysis of clinical trials in ophthalmology.

Dr. Kunal Parikh
Dr. Kunal is currently a faculty member at Johns Hopkins University (JHU) where he leads a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and clinicians in the Center for Bioengineering Innovation & Design and Wilmer Eye Institute to innovate and commercialize biomedical solutions for significant and unmet medical needs globally. He is also Co-founder and President of Access HEARS, a social enterprise providing affordable, accessible hearing care.
